HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Mumbai invites a Senior Manager - Human Resources to lead end-to-end talent management, capability building and employee journey initiatives, ensuring seamless planning, execution, tracking and closure.

You will design innovative HR frameworks, publish data-driven reports on program impact, manage strategic vendor partnerships, and run learning campaigns to drive adoption and engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education; MBA in HR or related fields preferred
• 4–10 years of experience in Project Management, Talent Management or L&D
• Experience with senior leadership interaction and cross-functional coordination is a plus
• Experience in Talent, Capability or L&D teams is an added advantage

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end program management for talent, capability building and employee journey initiatives
