Job summary

FABINDIA LIMITED is seeking a senior HR professional in Haryana to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in a retail environment. You will source staffing per approved headcount, ensure competency-based hiring, and support the Annual Training Calendar in collaboration with regional teams.

You will handle disciplinary actions, oversee performance appraisals, ensure statutory compliance, and drive HR initiatives aligned with the business strategy.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of functional experience in retail industry.
• Knowledge of Retail / Hospitality Industry is required.
• Experience in Learning and Development and employee management.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• End to end employee lifecycle management.
• Source requirements per REPI and approved headcount.
• Ensure hiring per competency framework.

• Resolve employee payment queries timely.
• Review policies for compliance with state acts.

Job description

• End to end employee lifecycle management
• Sourcing requirements as per REPI and approved headcount
• All hiring to be done as per competency framework
• Provide support to Corporate/ Regional Training team so that trainings may be conducted as per the Annual Training Calendar
• Timely resolution of employee queries related to payments.
• Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with state, shops and establishment act
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Ensure that the PMS cycle timings and deadlines are adhered to
• KRAs to be issued to all employees
• Suggest Career opportunities for employees within the company based on IJPs
• Updating personnel file on a regular basis
• Compilation and management of monthly reports, managing employee details in HRMS software.
• Monitor & implement documentation & procedural adherence and fulfilment of obligations as Principle employer
• Monitor timelines, negotiation of contracts, coordination with legal team to build compliance clauses in the outsourced service contracts to ensure that company interests are protected
• Monitor compliance with all the process and protocols as per the Operations Manual
• Teamwork with peers
