Job summary

Innovatives Fund Management Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced HR leader to drive end-to-end HR operations and strategy for a multi-location retail business.

You will oversee manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while partnering with business leaders to enhance productivity and retention across stores and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance and HR policies.
• Proven experience handling multi-location retail/store employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations and HR strategy aligned with retail business objectives.
• Manage manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and recruitment across stores, regions, and corporate functions.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and employee lifecycle management.
• Manage performance management, appraisals, career development, succession planning, and talent development.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution effectively.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR SOPs.
• Partner with business and operations leaders to improve workforce productivity, reduce attrition, and support business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while driving HR process improvement, automation, and data-driven HR practices.
