Job summary

KiVitronics is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for store and corporate roles in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle onboarding, payroll inputs, employee relations, and compliance, while partnering with store managers to plan manpower and drive retention and engagement initiatives.

This role requires 3–5 years of HR experience (retail preferred), MBA/PGDM in HR, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to statutory requirements,
