Job summary

Kivitronicsconsulting in Tamil Nadu is seeking an HR generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment for store and corporate roles, onboard new employees, and handle payroll inputs. The role also covers employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policy compliance in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate has an MBA/PGDM in HR and 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to support engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, retail preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for store and corporate positions.
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR MIS reports on headcount, attrition, attendance, and recruitment.
