Key responsibilities include managing the hiring process, administering benefits, conducting performance appraisals, resolving conflicts, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process for retail staff, from job posting and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating new hires' onboarding.
- Address employee grievances, resolve workplace conflicts, and provide guidance to retail managers on disciplinary actions and performance management.
- Develop and coordinate training programs for retail employees, covering topics such as customer service, product knowledge, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies by providing necessary support and guidance to both employees and managers.
- Support the performance appraisal process, provide feedback, and help develop employee improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate employee records, administer compensation and benefits programs, and manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Work on initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, which is vital for a positive and productive retail environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of HR experience, with a preference for experience in the retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Soft Skills:
