Job summary

Randstad in Pune region seeks an experienced HR professional to drive manpower planning, recruitment, payroll, and compliance across manufacturing sites. You will manage employee documentation, IR issues, and policy formulation while ensuring ISO standards are maintained.

The role also covers performance management, training, engagement, and safety compliance, with a focus on reducing turnover and aligning KRAs with KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR and IR within manufacturing environments.
• Strong payroll, compliance, and documentation knowledge.
• Exposure to ISO documentation and HR policy formulation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
