Talent Corner HR Services is seeking an experienced HR Manager for its Kathwada location near Ahmedabad. The role oversees recruitment, payroll, compliance, factory HR operations, employee relations, performance management, training, engagement, and analytics to drive HR excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or MBA, 7–12 years of HR leadership experience, and strong knowledge of labour laws.
Role & responsibilities

(1) Develop and execute recruitment strategies for manufacturing and corporate positions.
(2) Manage end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
(3) Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
(4) Build relationships with recruitment agencies, technical institutes, and job portals.
(1) Supervise payroll processing with the accounts/payroll team.
(2) Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and statutory deductions.
(3) Administer compensation structures, increments, incentives, and benefits.
(1) Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
(2) Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
(3) Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
(4) Coordinate compliance audits and inspections.
(1) Coordinate with production and plant managers for workforce planning.
(2) Ensure discipline and attendance within the factory.
(3) Support shift planning and manpower allocation.
(4) Promote workplace health and safety awareness.
(1) Maintain healthy employee-employer relationships.
(2) Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
(3) Conduct counselling and conflict resolution sessions.
(4) Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
(1) Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
(2) Coordinate annual and periodic performance reviews.
(3) Support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans.
(1) Identify training needs across departments.
(2) Organize technical, behavioral, and safety training programmes.
(3) Monitor employee skill development and succession planning.
(1) Plan employee engagement activities and recognition programmes.
(2) Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
(3) Improve employee retention and workplace morale.
(1) Prepare monthly HR reports and MIS.
(2) Monitor recruitment metrics, attrition, absenteeism, and productivity.
(3) Provide management with HR insights for decision-making.
1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 712 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment
3. Minimum 3 years in an HR leadership or managerial role.
