Job summary

JK Maini Precision Technology in Maharashtra is seeking a senior Plant HR/IR leader to oversee HR/IR, welfare, CSR, admin, and canteen functions at the manufacturing plant.

You will manage labour unions, settlements, and disciplinary matters, coordinate manpower planning and engagement, and drive CSR initiatives while aligning with plant operations and productivity goals. Knowledge of PMS, recruitment, skilling, and VRS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/IR, welfare, CSR, admin, and canteen management.
• Experience handling labour unions, settlements, disciplinary matters.
• Experience with courts/tribunals with company lawyers.
• Manpower planning, employee engagement, CSR drives.
• Knowledge of PMS, recruitment, manpower retention, skilling, engagement.
• Knowledge of VRS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant HR/IR, welfare, CSR, admin, and canteen functions.
• Handle labour unions, settlements, disciplinary matters, and tribunal issues.
• Plan manpower budgets, employee engagement, and CSR activities.
• Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and optimize plant operations and productivity.
• Drive change management across all levels and plant areas.

Role & responsibilities

• Should take care of entire Plant HR/IR .HR/IR/Welfare/CSR/Admin/Canteen etc functions Reports to this position.
• Should have experience in handling Labour / internal union, Settlement, Public Relations, Local Matters and Settlements and Disciplinary matters.
• Experience in handling issues at courts and tribunals with company lawyers and representatives
• Manpower planning/budget planning/employee engagement/drive corporate /CSR / Canteen/working committees
• Dealing with external stakeholders such as Government authorities, Leaders etc.
• Should handle entire compliance/plant operations .Strong in understanding plant operations, production schemes/manpower studies.
• Should Understand the Factory Culture, Productivity measurement and Workforce Optimization.
• Facilitate change management process across all levels / plant areas.
• Have Thorough Knowledge of HR Processes like PMS, Recruitment, Manpower Retention, Skilling, Employee Engagement etc
• Having a knowledge of VRS
