Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Surat, Gujarat, invites an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations within manufacturing/engineering contexts.

With 4–5 years in HR and strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, you will drive HRIS analytics, develop policies, and support performance management to foster a cohesive, compliant HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, chemicals, or engineering sectors.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and HR analytics/reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, profiling, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Post job ads on social media and company websites.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial screening calls.
• Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire orientation.
• Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork.
• Design performance appraisal systems and manage talent.
• Develop HR initiatives, policies and procedures to streamline HR processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for queries, grievances and conflict resolution.
• Drive HR communication and employee engagement programs.
• Oversee daily HR administration, records management, HRIS maintenance, and HR reports.
