Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration (MBA in HR is a plus), with 4–5 years of progressive HR experience—preferably in manufacturing, chemicals, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: lead end-to-end recruitment, including profiling, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Assist in posting job ads on social media and company websites.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial screening calls.
• Prepare onboarding materials and assist with the orientation of new employees.
• Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork.
• Performance & talent management: design performance appraisal systems.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to streamline the HR process.
• Employee relations & engagement: serve as a point of contact for queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Drive HR communication and employee engagement programs to build a cohesive culture.
• HR Operations & MIS: oversee daily HR administration records management, HRIS maintenance, and production of analytical HR reports.
