Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a detail-oriented professional to manage export incentive schemes and Govt. liaison. You will navigate Foreign Trade Policy, liaise with DGFT and other ministries, and ensure accurate SAP MM data reconciliation for incentive programs.

The role requires deep policy knowledge, strong coordination across departments, and ability to coordinate with logistics for incentive details. This is a full-time onsite Mumbai position.

• Deep knowledge of Foreign Trade Policy and export incentives.
• Experience liaising with DGFT, Customs, MoC, Dept. of Revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement of AIR/BR Drawback rates for export products.
• Procurement of RoDTEP licences for export products.
• Liaison with government agencies like DGFT, SIAM, EEPC & FIEO.
• Co-ordination with logistics teams for necessary details.
• Reconciliation of Drawback & RoDTEP amounts with Accounts.

The prime objective is to generate revenue from the Govt. by way of claiming legitimate Export Incentives through various incentive schemes run by the Govt. to keep the prices competitive in international markets. It requires deep knowledge of Foreign Trade Policy, and the ability to liaise with various Government depts. like DGFT, Customs, Ministry of Commerce, Dept. of Revenue etc.

• Procurement of All Industry Rate (AIR) of Drawback for various export products
• Procurement of Brand Rate (BR) of Drawback for specific export products
• Procurement of Remission of Duties & Taxes on Export Product (RoDTEP) licences for various export products
• Fulfilment of Export Obligation Fulfilment for EPCG licences
• Competition data analysis for Auto and Tractor business
• Liasioning with Govt. Agencies like SIAM, EEPC, FIEO & DGFT
• Liasioning with different Govt. depts. like Ministry of Commerce, Dept. of Revenue
• SAP knowledge of F&A and MM module
• Re-conciliation of Drawback & RoDTEP amounts with Accounts
• Close co-ordination with logistic team for availability of necessary details
