Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited seeks a seasoned manager to optimize export incentives and govern compliance with Govt schemes. You will liaise with DGFT, Customs, and other ministries, secure AIR/BR Drawback and RoDTEP licences, and ensure timely fulfilment of export obligations and EPCG licenses.

Responsibilities include data-driven competition analysis for Auto/Tractor segments, and close coordination with logistics and accounts to reconcile incentives and duties.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance or related field with 12–15 years experience.
• Strong knowledge of Foreign Trade Policy and govt liaison.
• Experience with AIR/BR Drawback, RoDTEP, EPCG licenses and export obligations.
• Proficient in SAP F&A and MM modules; data reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue from Govt by claiming export incentives through schemes.
• Liaise with DGFT, Customs, Ministry of Commerce, Dept. of Revenue.
• Procure AIR and BR Drawback and RoDTEP licences for products.
• Fulfil Export Obligation and EPCG licence commitments.
• Perform competition data analysis for Auto and Tractor business.
• Coordinate with logistics for required export details.
• Maintain liaison with SIAM, EEPC, FIEO and other govt depts.
• Reconcile Drawback and RoDTEP with Accounts; ensure compliance.

Manager - Exports Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• The prime objective is to generate revenue from the Govt. by way of claiming legitimate Export Incentives through various incentive schemes run by the Govt. to keep the prices competitive in international markets.
• It requires deep knowledge of Foreign Trade Policy, and the ability to liaise with various Government depts. like DGFT, Customs, Ministry of Commerce, Dept. of Revenue etc.
• Procurement of All Industry Rate (AIR) of Drawback for various export products
• Procurement of Brand Rate (BR) of Drawback for specific export products
• Procurement of Remission of Duties & Taxes on Export Product (RoDTEP) licences for various export products
• Fulfilment of Export Obligation
• Fulfilment for EPCG licences
• Competition data analysis for Auto and Tractor business
• Liasioning with Govt. Agencies like SIAM, EEPC, FIEO & DGFT
• Liasioning with different Govt. depts. like Ministry of Commerce, Dept. of Revenue
• SAP knowledge of F&A and MM module
• Re-conciliation of Drawback & RoDTEP amounts with Accounts
• Close co-ordination with logistic team for availability of necessary details
