Job summary

Zydex in Vadodara is seeking an Export/Import Coordinator to manage end-to-end documentation for both export and import operations. You will coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and CHAs, prepare essential documents in SAP, and track shipments from origin to destination.

The role includes ensuring LC compliance, RoDTEP benefits, and e-way bill generation, while supporting DGFT incentives and import/export reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation.
• Negotiate freight rates with forwarders and prepare rate comparisons for forwarders and CHAs; coordinate with plant for material.
• Prepare customs documentation, including free sample invoices in SAP.
• Prepare and coordinate post-shipment documents such as Invoice, Packing List, COO, COA, Insurance Certificate, Legalization documents, ECGC declarations, Bank Drafts, and country-specific certificates.
• Track shipments at various stages until final destination.
• Prepare documentation related to DGFT benefits and other export incentives.
• Coordinate with international suppliers for EXIM transactions.
• Review PI and ensure timely LC application wherever applicable.
• Verify import documentation and ensure proper customs duty payment and utilization of RoDTEP benefits, wherever applicable.
• Prepare e-way bills and coordinate with CHA and freight forwarders for customs clearance and timely delivery of materials to the factory.
• Handle RoDTEP applications, maintain records, and ensure proper utilization of licenses/benefits against import shipments.
