Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha is seeking a TL - Loyalty sales with extensive sales leadership experience in Pune. You will coach, mentor and lead a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Managers to achieve demanding targets, while employing CRM systems and MIS reporting to track performance.

You will drive daily reviews, team huddles and targeted sales training, ensuring key KPIs like conversions, revenue and customer satisfaction stay on plan.

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team handling or supervisory role.
• Experience managing a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Managers.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and MIS reporting.
