Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha in Hyderabad seeks an experienced TL- Loyalty sales to lead and grow the regional loyalty program. You will coach a team of Sales Executives and Relationship Managers, drive targets, and optimize the sales pipeline with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in sales, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Managers.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
• Experience conducting daily reviews, team huddles, and sales training.
• Ability to monitor KPIs such as conversions, revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and MIS reporting.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
