Job summary

Cerebra, based in Hyderabad, seeks an IT Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for tech roles. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews for clients including TCS and Accenture, ensuring payroll and compliance alignment.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, use Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, and communicate proactively with candidates and hiring managers to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing profiles through various job portals, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for clients such as TCS, Accenture, and other MNCs.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure candidates are aligned with client payroll/compliance requirements.
