Aufgaben

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Develop effective Boolean search strings and use advanced sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical suitability, communication skills, experience, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and technical interview panels to understand requirements and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and support offer acceptance and joining formalities.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
