Job summary

Tech ECS Limited is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team on a contract-to-permanent basis. You will source, screen, and manage candidates end-to-end to build a robust talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 0-7 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, familiarity with ATS and interview techniques, and a solid understanding of employment laws. You will own candidate experience, coordinate offers, and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Candidates with B.tech background can be Preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
