Absika Solutions Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a motivated, hands-on IT Recruiter with 13 years of technology recruitment experience to join our growing team. You will independently manage recruitment requirements in a fast-paced delivery environment and source across multiple tech domains to meet client needs.

You will coordinate interviews, ensure timely submissions and joins, and build robust candidate pipelines while collaborating with clients to achieve delivery targets.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of technology recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and knowledge of tech roles.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, interview coordination, offer management and joining follow-ups.
• Source professionals across Java, .NET, Full Stack, AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
• Identify qualified candidates using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Understand technical job descriptions and assess candidates for relevant skills, experience and project exposure.
• Screen candidates for compensation expectations, notice period, location preferences and availability.
• Submit quality candidate profiles through client portals within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with recruitment managers and clients to ensure timely feedback and interview progression.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide timely updates on submissions, interviews, offers and joins.
• Consistently achieve recruitment delivery targets while maintaining submission quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Ideally should have a good understanding of sourcing Technology profiles via various sourcing channels and if it's a fresher then should ideally have some background in Software Engineering\\IT skills and would like to pursue their career in Recruitment Industry
