Ingeniator Software Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to manage domestic recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across India. This in-person role requires hands-on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the full cycle.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, understand requirements, and guide candidates from initial contact to joining.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT & Non-IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in domestic recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various IT and Non-IT positions across the Indian market.

The recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding job requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from clients or internal hiring teams.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Explain job responsibilities, company details, career opportunities, and other relevant information to candidates.
• Coordinate technical and HR interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
