Quantus Freight Solutions in Mohali, Punjab is seeking a proactive Logistics Operations/Process Associate to serve as the first point of contact for US-based prospects. You will combine customer support, client communication, and logistics coordination to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing service experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer support or logistics coordination, strong English communication, and the ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, sales, business development, or logistics coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with US-based clients via calls and emails.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our growing team as a Logistics Operations/Process Associate. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers in the US logistics and supply chain market.

This position combines customer support, client communication, lead qualification, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling calls and emails, building relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with US-based prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Understand customer requirements and provide timely support and coordination.
• Coordinate internally with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and pipeline activities
• Build strong professional relationships and provide excellent customer experience

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, sales, business development, or logistics coordination
