Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (USA Night Shift)

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Operations Associate to join our US Freight Brokerage team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, building and managing carrier relationships, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring seamless end-to-end transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments proactively and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates while maintaining company profitability.

• Resolve shipment delays, operational issues, and service exceptions promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation and update Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
