Job summary

Hurix is seeking an Learning & Development professional to coordinate end-to-end training programs, manage LMS records, and collaborate with stakeholders across virtual and in-person sessions.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis of participation and effectiveness, plus content curation and AI-enabled learning initiatives within a hybrid India-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of L&D/HRD experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end learning programs: onboarding, technical training, soft skills, leadership development, and functional skill-building initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring courses, enrollments, and feedback are properly recorded and maintained.
• Support learning need analysis by gathering insights from managers, performance reviews, and employee feedback.
• Track learning participation, completion rates, and training effectiveness metrics and share regular reports with leadership.
• Assist in content curation, microlearning programs, and digital learning initiatives using innovative tools and AI-driven platforms.
• Support the development of career paths, competency frameworks, and personalized learning journeys for employees.
• Promote a strong learning culture through communication campaigns, gamification, and employee engagement activities related to development.
• Maintain updated documentation, feedback analysis, and impact assessments for all L&D programs.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Learning and Development / HRD roles in fast-paced environments
• Strong hands-on experience with LMS platforms, training coordination, and learning operations
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to analyze learning data and generate insights
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in learning methodologies
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Zoho People (preferred), LMS tools, and AI-driven learning tools
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a hybrid work environment
