Job summary

Busy Infotech is seeking an experienced L&D professional to build and drive the Learning & Development function from the ground up, delivering programs that improve performance, enable internal mobility, and support succession readiness.

You will shape annual strategy, calendar, budget, and governance, set up Busy Academy with certifications and learning paths, and integrate AI learning into development programs.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in L&D, capability building, or talent development.
• Experience in building an L&D program from scratch.
• Strong understanding of competency frameworks, skill-gap analysis, and learning paths.
• Hands-on experience in learning measurement and demonstrating business impact.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct role-wise training needs and skill-gap assessments with function heads and map learning programs to the company competency framework.
• Set up Busy Academy, including certifications, learning paths, assessments, and governance.
• Develop leadership and manager development programs and future talent pipelines.
• Build and support an internal trainer/SME network.
• Manage LMS and digital learning platforms and drive learning adoption.
• Deliver blended learning through classroom, digital, and on-the-job methods.
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, manager feedback, behavior change, and business impact.
• Integrate AI learning and adoption into role-specific development programs.
