Job summary

Mobolutions is seeking a Learning & Development professional in Chennai to manage onboarding programs, design career development frameworks, and lead leadership development initiatives. The role requires experience in global/matrix organizations, strong instructional design, and stakeholder skills.

You will design scalable learning programs, deliver engaging training (virtual and in-person), and measure effectiveness through metrics, aligning with global strategies.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's degree with MBA or Post Graduation with specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field from reputed Institutions.
• 2+ years of hard core experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related discipline from Global / Multi National Companies with Matrix reporting structure.
• Experience in designing and managing onboarding, leadership, and employee development programs.
• Knowledge of career development frameworks and competency models.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
• Experience facilitating virtual and instructor-led learning programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Oracle, and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the virtual employee onboarding program.
• Partner with business leaders and technical teams to develop role-specific onboarding programs.
• Measure onboarding effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
• Design and implement career development frameworks and career pathing tools to support employee career planning, skill development, and internal mobility.
• Partner with leaders to identify growth opportunities and development pathways for employees.
• Design, coordinate, and support leadership development programs for emerging and established leaders.
• Develop and deploy employee development programs that build critical professional and technical skills.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and recommend appropriate training solutions.
• Track participation, effectiveness, and learning outcomes using relevant metrics.
• Create and deliver engaging virtual and in-person training programs, including the development of eLearning content and learning materials, to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
• Support local learning initiatives while maintaining alignment with global learning strategies.
• Build learning programs that can be standardized, scaled, and deployed globally.
