Job summary

TajSATS is seeking an Assistant Manager Learning & Development to lead design, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives across the organization in Delhi.

You will oversee onboarding, manage the LMS, perform training needs analyses with department heads, monitor effectiveness, mentor trainees, and drive CSR-aligned learning programs, reporting insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR, with exposure to training design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee and enhance onboarding programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
• Manage and optimize LMS functionalities, ensuring accurate data and user engagement.
• Conduct TNA in collaboration with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
• Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis.
• Manage and mentor Interns, Management Trainees, and Operations Trainees.
• Drive learning initiatives linked to CSR and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare and present comprehensive training reports and insights to senior management.
