Job summary

Altisource is seeking a Training Specialist responsible for facilitating classroom and virtual training programs, developing content, and leading skills development for front-line associates.

The role emphasizes intervention-based learning, collaboration with department heads, and measuring training effectiveness to continuous improve LD processes.

Responsibilities

• Work on soft skill training program for various Business Units in the organization, in consultation with the department heads, including the assessment / evaluation methods.
• Partner with Business units to outline deliverables, expectations, and risks, to include specific training needs for them.
• Assesses training and development needs through training need identification through various resources available.
• Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum training effectiveness.
• Define ROI on every training program delivered.
• Design training courses and content necessary to meet training needs.
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs.
• Act as a liaison with LD and the business units to ensure consistency with practices.
• Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the LD function.
• Be a team player and act in accordance with the organization s code of conduct always.
