Job summary

Tnqtech is seeking a Soft Skills Trainer to deliver instructor‑led programs and enhance professional competencies. You will facilitate engaging sessions across classroom, virtual, and blended formats, assess learners, and update content and materials. Collaboration with HR and managers will shape training requirements and outcomes.

The role emphasizes presentation, communication, and stakeholder management, with opportunities to apply instructional design basics in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in soft skills or behavioural training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with classroom, virtual, and blended learning environments.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic knowledge of instructional design principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training on soft skills and behavioural competencies.
• Facilitate programs on Email Etiquette, Time Management, Business Communication, and more.
• Assess participants via activities, quizzes, and role plays.
• Develop and update training content, facilitator guides, and learning materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and post‑training assessments.
• Coordinate with managers and HR to understand training requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Learning & Development Trainer, Behavioural Trainer, or Corporate Trainer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to classroom, virtual, and blended learning environments.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to engage participants through interactive learning techniques.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic knowledge of instructional design principles.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
