Job summary

Europa Locks is seeking an experienced L&D professional to support planning, coordination, and execution of training initiatives across Corporate, Manufacturing, and Sales functions. The role focuses on training operations, LMS administration, content support, and MIS management.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of HR experience with exposure to learning and development, and will guide a small team while ensuring accurate reports and compliance with processes.

Qualifications

Job description

Job Purpose

To support the planning, coordination, and execution of Learning & Development initiatives across Corporate, Manufacturing, and Sales functions. The role will focus on training operations, learning administration, content support, MIS management, and employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Skill Gap Assessment activities.
• Coordinate and execute classroom, virtual, and e-learning programs.
• Assist in development and updating of training content, PPTs, manuals, SOPs, and learning materials in coordination with SMEs.
• Support identification and coordination of internal trainers.
• Track training effectiveness and prepare learning analytics/MIS reports.
• Ensure timely maintenance of training records, LMS, HRMS, and related documentation.
• Resolve employee queries related to learning processes and systems.
• Support execution of HR and L&D projects and initiatives.
• Guide junior team members and ensure accuracy of reports and compliance with processes.
• Support the L&D team in building a continuous learning and performance-driven culture.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in HR with exposure to Learning & Development.
• Experience in training coordination, learning operations, employee development, or training administration preferred.
• Exposure to Manufacturing and Sales training environments will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification (Preferred)

• MBA / PGDM / Master's Degree in HR, Personnel Management, Organizational Development, or related discipline.

Functional Skills

• Basic understanding of Learning & Development processes and Training Need Analysis (TNA).
• Exposure to training coordination and training effectiveness measurement.
• Working knowledge of HRMS and LMS platforms.
• Strong MIS reporting and analytical skills.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic project coordination experience.
