Job description

Role & Responsibilities

1. Training Planning & Design
   • Identify training needs for new sales employees based on business requirements.
   • Develop structured onboarding training programs for fresh hires.
   • Prepare training calendars, modules, and content (presentations, manuals, SOPs).
   • Customize training programs based on different sales roles and regions.
2. Training Delivery
   • Conduct induction and onboarding training sessions for new sales employees.
   • Deliver product training, sales techniques, communication skills, and process training.
   • Use various training methods such as classroom sessions, role plays, case studies, and practical demonstrations.
   • Ensure trainees clearly understand company offerings and sales processes.
3. Performance Evaluation
   • Assess trainee performance through tests, role plays, and practical evaluations.
   • Monitor post-training performance and provide feedback.
   • Identify skill gaps and plan refresher training sessions.
4. Content Development
   • Create and update training materials, presentations, and SOP documents.
   • Develop sales scripts, pitch decks, and objection‑handling guides.
   • Ensure training content is aligned with current market trends and company strategies.
5. Coordination & Reporting
   • Coordinate with Sales Managers to understand team requirements.
   • Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
   • Share regular reports on training effectiveness and employee progress.
6. Continuous Improvement
   • Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve training programs.
   • Stay updated with the latest sales techniques and training methodologies.
   • Implement innovative training approaches (digital tools, e‑learning, etc.).
