The Associate Manager Learning Development (LD) is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and execution of learning programs for internal teams and client-facing operations. The role focuses on driving learning initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting talent development strategies, and ensuring smooth delivery of training operations aligned with business goals. The individual works closely with business leaders, HR partners, trainers, and operations teams to identify capability gaps, improve employee performance, and enhance the overall learning experience.

• Certification in Learning Development, Instructional Design, or HR is an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end learning and development operations for assigned business units, functions, or client programs
• Coordinate training schedules, learning calendars, onboarding sessions, and development initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify training needs and capability development requirements
• Monitor training effectiveness through reports, feedback analysis, and learning metrics
• Support implementation of leadership development, upskilling, compliance, and behavioural training programs
• Collaborate with trainers, instructional designers, and external vendors for program execution
• Ensure learning data accuracy and maintain training records within LMS and reporting tools
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership review
• Drive employee engagement initiatives related to learning and career development
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation or optimization initiatives
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and training governance requirements
