CoreTek Labs is seeking a Domestic IT Lead Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for full-time IT roles within India. You will drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure, working with senior stakeholders to align requirements with market realities.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT recruitment, with Big 4 or large consulting experience highly preferred, and strong knowledge of Indian compensation structures and market trends.

• Experience at a Big 4 or similar large consulting firm is highly preferred.
• Hands-on recruiting across diverse IT technologies and skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
• Partner with hiring managers to decode technical and functional requirements.
• Source via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, communication, location, and compensation fit.
• Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with counter-offer navigation.
• Maintain trackers and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.

We're looking for a sharp, driven Domestic IT Lead Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for full-time/permanent IT positions. If you've closed offers at scale for a Big 4 or large consulting firm and know the Indian IT talent market inside out, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Own

• End‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing to offer closure and joining
• Partner with hiring managers to decode technical & functional requirements
• Multi‑channel sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals & professional networks
• Screen candidates on skills, experience, communication, location & compensation fit
• Coordinate technical/managerial interviews across multiple open roles
• Negotiate offers and navigate counter‑offer situations with finesse
• Maintain trackers, reports, and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with recruitment policies and processes

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years in IT recruitment, with strong domestic (India) hiring focus
• Prior experience at a Big 4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or similar large consulting/professional services firm — highly preferred
• Hands‑on recruiting across diverse IT technologies and skill sets
• Strong grasp of Indian compensation structures, notice periods & market trends
• Proven track record of high offer‑to‑joining conversion rates
