Function: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, strong client-handling skills, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Domestic IT recruitment and prior exposure to the US recruitment market.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and consistently meeting hiring and closure targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/Technology positions across various skill sets.
• Handle Domestic IT recruitment with strong hands-on sourcing and closure experience.
• Leverage prior experience in the US recruitment market and understand US hiring practices.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a recruitment partner.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
• Ensure quality submissions and maintain a strong interview-to-selection ratio.
• Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and deliver candidates within agreed timelines.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, pipeline reports, and daily/weekly hiring metrics.
• Work towards and consistently achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Prior experience/exposure to US IT Recruitment is required.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical job roles, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Highly target-oriented and result-driven with a track record of meeting hiring targets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate must be currently residing in Bangalore or Kolkata.

Good to Have

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in BCA, MCA, B.Tech – Computer Science/IT, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience working with enterprise-level IT hiring requirements.
• Existing experience managing multiple clients or large-volume hiring mandates.
