Job summary

The UrbanIndia is seeking a hands-on IT recruitment specialist to identify, engage, and hire top tech talent across India. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, with a data-driven, candidate-first approach.

Expect hybrid work flexibility after probation, performance-based incentives, and ongoing upskilling to stay ahead of emerging tech roles in software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and data science.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to source and engage IT candidates across India.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and resume parsing tools.
• Comfort with data-driven recruitment KPIs and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify active and passive IT candidates across India using LinkedIn, job portals, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical fit for roles in software development, DevOps, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and QA.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
• Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) and optimize pipelines using ATS tools.
• Represent the firm at campus drives, tech meetups, and industry events to build talent pipelines and employer brand awareness.
