Job summary

Qtsolv in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Lead IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end technology hiring and lead recruitment activities for multiple technical roles. The role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor a team of recruiters.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across Software Eng, Data, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, SAP and other tech areas, using LinkedIn, Naukri, portals, referrals and Boolean/X-ray search.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT recruitment experience.
• End-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Sourcing mid to senior tech professionals.
• Knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and X-ray sourcing.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment MIS/reporting.
• Ability to mentor a recruiting team and manage multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

• Maintain multiple pipelines and provide regular hiring reports.
• Mentor junior recruiters and monitor team performance.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and ensure positive candidate experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end technology hiring and lead recruitment activities for multiple technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong technical sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer closure and onboarding.
• Handle hiring across Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, SAP and other technology areas.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, Boolean search and X-ray search.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, salary discussions, offer negotiation and follow-ups.
• Manage multiple positions and recruitment pipelines while ensuring timely closures.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS/database accuracy and provide regular hiring reports.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters and monitor team performance.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Support recruitment planning, market mapping and talent intelligence initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on expertise in sourcing mid to senior-level technology professionals.
• Strong knowledge of technical skills, IT roles and current hiring trends.
• Excellent experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and X-ray sourcing.
• Experience in handling multiple requirements and meeting hiring TATs.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in team handling/mentoring will be preferred.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment MIS/reporting.

Preferred

• Experience in IT Services / Product / SaaS / Consulting environments.
• Exposure to hiring for niche and leadership technology positions.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
