Job summary

ACG in Maharashtra seeks a Learning and Development professional to design and administer a range of training and development initiatives aligned with senior management goals. You will plan annual programs, measure impact, and manage talent pipelines on-site at Shirwal after a year.

You will collaborate with HR and Operations to drive workforce engagement, CSAT surveys, and progress reviews, while preparing training MIS and supporting manpower budgeting and approvals.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Learning and Development.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate willing to relocate to Shirwal location near Pune after 1 year.
