Job Description: Learning & Development Executive

Reporting To: HR Manager / Plant HR Head
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Learning & Development professional to drive employee capability building initiatives at our manufacturing plant in Sinnar. The candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, planning and executing learning interventions, maintaining training records, and supporting organizational development initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Training Need Identification
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) through discussions with department heads and business stakeholders.
- Identify skill gaps and prepare annual training calendars.
- Align training initiatives with organizational goals and competency requirements.
Learning Program Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical, behavioral, leadership, and statutory training programs.
- Liaise with external trainers, consultants, and training institutes.
- Organize induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
Training Administration
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and employee training matrices.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and training dashboards.
Competency Development
- Support competency mapping and skill development initiatives.
- Assist in succession planning and talent development programs.
- Facilitate employee development plans in coordination with department heads.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal audit requirements related to training.
- Maintain documentation as per ISO/IATF and other management system requirements.
- Track mandatory and statutory trainings.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational development initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects related to employee development and performance improvement.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW, or equivalent qualification.
- Certification in Training & Development will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience in plant HR and workforce development programs is preferred.
