Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven Head – Learning and Development (L&D) to lead our training initiatives and strengthen employee capability across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of training frameworks, content design, and team development, with the ability to implement learning programs that support business goals and enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute L&D strategies to support organisational objectives and workforce capability building.
• Identify training needs across departments and design structured learning programs accordingly.
• Create and manage training modules for technical, sales, leadership, and soft‑skills development.
• Oversee training operations: content creation, scheduling, delivery, assessments, and feedback.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure L&D initiatives align with business priorities.
• Coordinate with internal trainers or external training partners as needed.
• Implement digital learning solutions, e‑learning modules, and blended learning approaches.
• Monitor training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
• Support continuous learning culture through onboarding programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Manage training documentation, reports, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Formal degree not required; candidates may be degree holders or self‑taught.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of training design, adult learning principles, and modern learning tools.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms or digital learning tools is an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar training‑focused role.
