Job summary

Manappuram Jewellers in Kerala seeks a proactive HR professional to drive Learning & Development initiatives. You will analyze training needs with managers, plan monthly calendars, and develop training materials.

The role also requires coordinating with external trainers and maintaining the LMS to ensure employees are trained according to organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in HR.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify the training needs by working with managers and department heads.
• Preparation of Monthly Training Calander and Schedule training sessions accordingly and ensure training evaluation.
