Job summary

TajSATS is seeking an Assistant L&D Manager to coordinate and deliver learning and development initiatives at the client site in Chennai, India. The role focuses on aligning training with organizational and client requirements and maintaining strict training records for audits.

The candidate will deliver regular sessions, collaborate with the L&D Manager to plan calendars, and work with site heads to identify training needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver learning and development initiatives at the client site in alignment with organizational and client requirements.
• Maintain all site-level training records to ensure compliance for client audits and standards.
• Facilitate and deliver regular training sessions, refreshers, and on-the-job learning programs for employees across departments.
• Coordinate with the L&D Manager to plan, schedule, and execute monthly and annual training calendars.
• Liaise with site heads, department managers, and employees to identify training needs and ensure timely implementation of programs.
• Support the execution of client-mandated training programs and ensure adherence to timelines and documentation requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and attendance reports and share updates with the central L&D team.
• Coordinate with external trainers or internal subject matter experts for specialized sessions.
• Ensure smooth administration of all L&D activities including logistics, attendance tracking, and reporting.
• Promote employee participation and engagement in learning programs through effective communication and follow-ups.
