Job summary

Nextenti Tech Private Limited is seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) professional to design, coordinate, and implement employee training and development programs. You will work with HR and department heads to identify training needs and drive performance.

This role requires 2–5 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to create engaging training content. You will manage LMS content, track KPIs, and contribute to career development initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or L&D is preferred.
• 2–5 years of L&D experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through discussions, surveys, and performance evaluations.
• Plan and coordinate induction, onboarding, technical, behavioral, and soft-skills training.
• Develop training calendars, materials, presentations, and resources.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external training vendors.
• Conduct training sessions and monitor participation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and learning data.
• Track training KPIs and prepare regular L&D reports.
• Support employee engagement and career development initiatives.
• Coordinate with managers to identify skill gaps and suitable learning programs.
