Job summary

SHC Projects in India is seeking an experienced Executive Learning & Development to oversee and coordinate L&D initiatives across the organization. You will design, plan and deliver training programs, manage vendors and budgets, and drive improvements in learning outcomes.

The role requires strong MS Office, Advanced Excel, and HRMS/LMS exposure, with a focus on talent mapping and succession planning to develop leadership capabilities across teams.
