The role covers onboarding, lifecycle processes, engagement programs, surveys, and performance management, with 3–5 years of HR experience and a postgraduate degree in HRM or related field. This is a full-time on-site position in the Chennai area.

• Design and execute engagement programs, recognition programs, and initiatives aligned with company goals and culture.
• Implement and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback and track engagement trends.
• Manage and drive goal setting and appraisal processes with functional managers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Develop and drive talent acquisition strategiesand processes, manage end-to-end recruitment, and employer brandinginitiatives.
  
• Drive employee lifecycle processes, includingonboarding, separation and other HR operations, ensuring smooth implementationand a positive employee experience.
  
• Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs,recognition programs, and initiatives that align with the organization’s goalsand culture.
  
• Implement, and analyze employeesurveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction, identify areas forimprovement, and track employee engagement trends.
  
• Manage and drive the goalsetting and appraisal for all employees along with functional managers
  

Education & Experience:

• EducationQualification: Post Graduation in Human Resources Management / LabourManagement/OrganizationalDevelopment. Additional Certifications in HR or employee engagement areadvantageous.
  
• Work Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in HR
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Communication Skills – Excellent written & verbal skills in English(Optional: Tamil and Hindi)
  
• Reasonable computer skills – MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint – Essential
  
• Analytical Skills to interpret HR Data and make data drivenrecommendations.
  
• Ability to independently drive HR processes and functions.
  
• Digital & Tech Proficiency to use digital tools and HR systemseffectively to manage HR processes, analyse data, and improve operationalefficiency.
