Job summary

Talent Epicenter in Mumbai is seeking an HR professional with 5–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and End-to-End Recruitment. You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while coordinating with manpower consultants to fill critical roles.

Candidates from Financial, Fintech, or Logistics sectors are preferred. The role also covers job design, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management.

Qualifications

• 5 years of core recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing, chemical, or engineering sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukai, and modern ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Involved in HR activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
• Manages the recruitment/talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and coordinating with manpower consultants.
• Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant laws; updates organization chart periodically.
• Source, shortlist and interview candidates for open positions; monitor onboarding for recruited staff.
• Ensure HR documentation is maintained and reviewed periodically.
• Plan and monitor employee engagement activities to strengthen culture, wellness, and productivity.
• Monitor and implement performance review management system and salary increments timing.

Role & responsibilities

Someone with 5 to 6 years of experience in the whole gamut of Human Resources Department focusing on Talent Acquisition, Good at End-to-End Recruitment

• To executive and involve in HR activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
• Manages the recruitment / talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities and coordinating with the manpower consultants.
• Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant laws for all positions and updation of organization chart periodically.
• Source, shortlist and interview relevant candidates for open positions, monitor all the onboarding procedures for recruited candidates.
• Ensure all the various HR documentation is maintained and reviewed periodically.
• Plan, identify and monitor implementation of employee engagement activities to strengthen organisation culture, employee wellness and improve productivity.
• Monitor and implement employment performance review management system and ensure timely dispersal of salary increments.
