Job Description:

Job Purpose

The Lead Analyst - HR Operations will be part of the GBS Learning & Knowledge Management (LKM) team, supporting global learning operations, Learning Management System (LMS) activities, vendor management, and learning content enhancement. The role requires proficiency in Portuguese to support language-specific learning requirements, ensure smooth delivery of learning services, and collaborate with global stakeholders. The candidate may also support English-language activities and other operational requirements as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, content uploads, learning assignments, and troubleshooting user queries.
• Support learning and knowledge management activities in Portuguese, ensuring accuracy and consistency of language-specific content.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage learning content, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Review, update, and enhance learning materials to maintain content quality, relevance, and consistency.
• Support the translation, localisation, and validation of learning content in Portuguese, wherever required.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve LMS-related issues and improve learning processes and user experience.
• Provide support for English-language learning content and other LKM activities as and when required.
• Maintain operational documentation, trackers, and reports while adhering to established processes and quality standards.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.

• Experience working in a multicultural, cross-cultural environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
