Job summary

FMC is seeking a Lead Analyst HR Operations to join the GBS Learning & Knowledge Management team. The role supports global learning operations, LMS administration, vendor coordination, and content enhancement with a focus on Portuguese language delivery.

You will also assist English-language activities and collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, maintaining documentation and ensuring quality across processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, preferably with experience working with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, content uploads, learning assignments, and troubleshooting user queries.
• Support learning and knowledge management activities in Portuguese, ensuring accuracy and consistency of language-specific content.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage learning content, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Review, update, and enhance learning materials to maintain content quality, relevance, and consistency.
• Support the translation, localisation, and validation of learning content in Portuguese, wherever required.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve LMS-related issues and improve learning processes and user experience.
• Provide support for English-language learning content and other LKM activities as and when required.
• Maintain operational documentation, trackers, and reports while adhering to established processes and quality standards.
