Job summary

Deloitte US-India Offices is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS specialist to lead end-to-end implementations and support ongoing LMS operations in Hyderabad. The role covers design, configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare, with emphasis on curricula, programs, learning plans and compliance tracking.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on LMS configuration experience, strong knowledge of RBAC, and proven ability to collaborate with HR and L&D teams, as well as integration

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors LMS configuration and implementation experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end LMS implementations including build, test, deployment and hypercare.
• Proficient with Roles, Permissions, and compliance within LMS.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors LMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Configure LMS components like Curricula, Programs, Learning Plans, Item Types, Catalogs, Learning History, Certifications and Compliance Tracking.
• Manage LMS Administration: roles, permissions, domains, security groups, OU/LO structures and connectors.
• Configure Assignment Profiles, Approval Workflows and Notifications.
• Build and support integrations between LMS and Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting and third-party systems.
• Perform data loads, validation, import/export, and troubleshooting.
• Manage upgrades and release updates with impact assessments.
• Prepare and execute unit, integration and UAT test scripts; resolve defects.
• Provide production support including incident resolution and enhancements.
• Configure Role-Based Permissions for LMS access and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, L&D and cross-functional SuccessFactors and integration teams.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations, covering requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Configure key LMS components including Curricula, Programs, Learning Plans, Item Types, Catalogs, Learning History, Certifications and Compliance Tracking.
• Manage LMS Administration, including roles, permissions, domains, security groups, OU/LO structures and connectors.
• Configure Assignment Profiles, Approval Workflows and Notifications.
• Build and support integrations between LMS and Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting and third-party systems.
• Perform data loads, data validation, import/export activities and troubleshooting.
• Manage SuccessFactors upgrades and bi-annual release updates, including impact assessments.
• Prepare and execute unit, integration and UAT test scripts and resolve defects.
• Provide production support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis and enhancements.
• Configure and support Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for LMS access and reporting.
• Work with HR and L&D stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend learning-process improvements.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test documents and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SuccessFactors and integration teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors LMS configuration and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Curricula, Programs, Item Types, Assignment Profiles, Learning Plans, Approval Workflows and Compliance Management.
• Hands-on experience with LMS Admin and Connectors.
• Experience with OData/SFAPI and Instance Sync.
• Good understanding of RBP and Provisioning.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle LMS implementation, covering build, test, deployment and hypercare/support.
• Experience integrating LMS with other SuccessFactors modules and external/third-party applications.
• Exposure to Boomi or other middleware/integration platforms is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Employee Central, Compensation or Recruiting is an advantage.
• SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification is preferred.
• Experience integrating external learning providers such as LinkedIn Learning or Coursera is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
