What You'll Do
LMS & Learning Operations
- Administer the enterprise LMS end-to-end — user onboarding/offboarding, access control, group structuring, and content configuration (SCORM, MP4, PDF, etc.).
- Track learner progress, attendance, completion, and focus-module adoption; keep records accurate and audit-ready.
- Support trainers in scheduling and managing classroom, virtual, and on-the-job sessions.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on attendance, completion, engagement, compliance, and assessment results.
- Clean, interpret, and visualize training data to surface trends and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Customize dashboards and reports as business needs evolve; archive for reviews and audits.
Provisions & Vendor Coordination
- Maintain monthly training expense records and submit financial provisions on time.
- Coordinate vendor invoices, documentation, and payment follow-ups; facilitate advance/urgent payment approvals.
Project & Stakeholder Support
- Support backend execution of quarterly learning and engagement programs — participant tracking, validation, and regional trainer coordination.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and communication for evaluation rounds.
- Collaborate with trainers, content, IT, and vendors to improve tools, workflows, and process efficiency.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years in L&D operations, training coordination, or HR/operations support.
- LMS expertise — hands‑on experience administering an enterprise learning platform (users + content).
- Tech‑savvy — quick to learn new digital tools, platforms, and automation; comfortable troubleshooting basic tech issues.
- Analytics & Excel proficiency — strong in Excel (pivots, lookups) and data visualization (Power BI / equivalent a plus).
- Sharp eye for detail — accuracy in data, documentation, and financial records is non-negotiable.
- Process & stakeholder orientation — organized, deadline‑driven, and an effective communicator across internal teams and external vendors.
