Job summary

Vishal Mega Mart seeks an experienced L&D leader to design and deliver learning programs for Store Operations, spanning customer experience, product knowledge, and leadership development. You will own the end-to-end LMS, drive digital learning, and measure impact with KPIs and analytics.

You will partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify learning needs, manage content and learning journeys, and provide regular insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering learning programs.
• Hands-on LMS management and digital learning experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel and Canva.
• Knowledge of AI tools in L&D.
• 8+ years in L&D, retail/fashion/consumer.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programs for Store Operations.

Role & responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programs for Store Operations covering customer experience, product knowledge, functional skills, leadership and behavioral capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end LMS, including course/content management, user enrolment, learning journeys, completion tracking, reporting and adoption.
• Drive digital learning initiatives, including videos, podcasts and mobile-first content.
• Measure training effectiveness and business impact through relevant KPIs, feedback and learning analytics.
• Partner with business leaders, HRBPs and SMEs to identify learning requirements and deliver relevant interventions.
• Maintain L&D MIS and provide regular dashboards and insights to leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of L&D, TNA and training delivery.
• Hands-on experience in LMS management and digital learning.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Canva.
• Understanding of AI tools and their application in L&D.
• Strong analytical, project management and execution skills.

Education & Experience

• BBA/MBA / PGDM in HR/Learning & Development or MHRM / MSW
• 8+ years of relevant L&D experience, preferably in Retail/Fashion/Consumer businesses.
• Experience in LMS management and large-scale learning programs preferred.
